  • Day 30: Perfect. Just getting comfortable.

3. Make it personal.

"We'd love a review" gets ignored.

"Hi [Name], I saw your [specific product] was delivered. I'm curious how it's working out. Would you mind sharing your experience?"

Personal requests get 3x response rates.

4. Follow up.

First request: 20% response rate Second request (7 days later): Additional 15% Third request (14 days later): Additional 10%

Don't be annoying. Do be persistent.

5. Respond to every review.

Positive: Thank them specifically.

Negative: Fix the problem publicly.

This shows future customers you care.

A written review is good.

A video review is 10x better.

For high-ticket products, offer an incentive: $50 gift card for a video review.

That video will generate thousands in sales.
